I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was fantastic with the river nearby. However, the dining options were not included, and the price could be better.
The hotel offers a lovely location with potential along the river, but not fully utilized. The rooms provide all necessary facilities including a great shower, yet the beds are extremely tiny. The service throughout all levels, from the duty manager to the in-house staff, is top-notch with excellent service. The dining experience varies, with reasonable prices and options that may or may not be included. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights but room for improvement.
